About Nancy
Nancy is a licensed psychotherapist who works with children, adolescents, adults, and couples. She approaches her work with deep empathy and respect, particularly during times of uncertainty, pain, or transition. She views therapy as an opportunity for people to feel seen, make sense of their experiences, and take intentional steps toward lasting change.
Her areas of focus include anxiety, depression, executive functioning challenges, trauma, grief, relationship conflict, and life transitions. Through her practice, Nancy seeks to foster resilience, insight, and emotional well-being. Her approach to therapy is integrative, drawing from insight-oriented and skill-building therapies, depending on the needs and goals of the client.
Nancy holds a Master of Arts in Counseling from Northwestern University, with a specialization in child and adolescent psychotherapy. She is also a certified PREPARE/ENRICH facilitator for adult couples. As a queer-identified therapist, Nancy is dedicated to providing an inclusive, affirming environment for people of all gender identities and sexual orientations, as well as all racial and ethnic backgrounds.
Nancy is grateful to share in her clients’ healing and invites you to connect to see if her approach feels right for you.
