About Tyler

“Mom of four. Nervous system advocate. Direct, intuitive, and grounded in truth—with just enough humor to make hard conversations possible. I don’t just lead this work—I live it.” — Tyler Jasper

Hi, I’m Tyler Jasper (she/her), Director of Culture and Belonging. I’m passionate about creating environments where people feel seen, valued, and supported—not just in theory, but in practice. With over ten years of experience in clinical work and organizational spaces, I bring a unique lens that bridges emotional insight with culture-building strategy.

My work centers on helping individuals and teams move beyond surface-level inclusion efforts into meaningful, sustainable change. I support organizations in examining the dynamics that shape culture—unspoken norms, power, and communication patterns—and guide them toward building spaces rooted in trust, accountability, and belonging.

I’m known for being direct, intuitive, and deeply relational. I bring a balance of honesty and care, challenging teams to engage in the work with courage while creating enough psychological safety for real growth to happen. Humor and storytelling are core to how I lead—because even in complex or uncomfortable conversations, connection matters.

Leadership Approach

I approach this role through a blend of relational, systems, and nervous-system-informed frameworks. My background as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor informs how I understand human behavior, conflict, and resilience within organizations. I integrate principles from internal family systems, family systems theory, polyvagal theory, and relational life therapy to support both individual and collective transformation.

I am also Gottman Level 1 trained and trained in Relational Life Therapy for Couples, which strengthens my ability to support communication, repair, and accountability within teams and leadership structures.

Beyond the Role

Outside of my work, I’m a mom of four who values presence, connection, and joy. You’ll often find me cooking, spending time with my family, practicing mindfulness, or finding laughter wherever I can. These parts of my life deeply inform how I show up in my work—grounded, human, and committed to building cultures where people can truly thrive.
