Our Somatic Experiencing (SE) counseling services offer a gentle, body-based approach to healing trauma and chronic stress. Rooted in the understanding that trauma is stored in the nervous system—not just the mind—SE helps clients reconnect with their bodies, regulate their responses, and release stuck survival energy.
In sessions, our trained clinicians guide you in noticing subtle body sensations, allowing your system to process and complete unresolved fight, flight, or freeze responses. This slow, respectful approach avoids retraumatization and honors your body’s natural capacity to heal. You don’t need to relive traumatic events to heal from them.
