Life transitions present a great opportunity to explore our thoughts, feelings and relationships. It is common to feel alone during times of transition. The Women’s Group at Skylight Counseling Center invites women to come together to explore their experiences in a supportive, therapeutic space. The group provides women of all ages and backgrounds a chance to examine the transitions in their lives with compassion and openness.

Group Facilitator

Jennifer Friedman is a licensed professional counselor and physician. She works with women and couples, ascribing to a holistic approach to healing the body, mind and spirit. She enjoys examining life transitions and daily struggles to facilitate healing and clarity.
