Anjená likes to take a wholistic approach to therapy. She believes in healing the whole person mind, body, and soul. Anjená uses a collaborative approach to therapy, incorporating mindfulness and meditation techniques. With a background of 12 years experience in the field of Early Childhood Education, Anjena’ specializes in issues surrounding new parents, child development and postpartum anxiety and depression care. A few more of Anjená’s clinical interests include women’s issues, childhood trauma, parent/child or partner relational problems, physical, sexual and emotional abuse, anger and stress management, teen issues, peer pressure, self-esteem, marriages, families and group therapy.
