A 4-Week Course

Mindfulness is a skill practiced through meditation that can help you reduce stress, improve your focus and concentration, and experience greater emotional resilience and well-being. This 4-week course will provide students with instruction, experiential practices, and discussions to help them discover ways in which they can cultivate more Presence - to get the very most out of - their lives. All levels of practitioners are welcome, no previous practice required. 

Instructor: Dr. Angele Close, PhD

Dr. Close is a Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher having trained with renown Mindfulness Teachers, Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield. For over a decade she has facilitated courses and workshops for various groups on the topics of Mindfulness, Compassion, and Emotional Resilience. She is passionate about bringing the benefits of these pivotal teachings in an available way to people who are longing for useful and effective means to navigate the stressors and challenges in their lives, and as a means to access deeper, personal fulfillment.
