The Skylight Couples Therapy Intensive is a highly effective and cost-efficient way to help couples understand and resolve issues. Rather than using the traditional model of once-a-week couples sessions with one therapist for several months, this is a nine session approach, consisting of 2-3 individual and 3-4 couples sessions, with two therapists. This process is unique in that it offers the benefit of two therapists' insights, knowledge and participation, and allows for work on specific problem areas and developing new ways of relating.
