Caroline believes that healing takes place within relationships that foster mutual empathy and empowerment. As such, she creates a warm and collaborative environment in which she and her clients together can explore, grow and heal.
Utilizing a variety of approaches depending on the needs of her clients, Caroline works with those who are navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship struggles, and histories of trauma. She believes that the body is a powerful tool, which can be used to better understand our emotions and individual experiences. Caroline often incorporates mindfulness and compassionate self-awareness into her sessions to facilitate healing through an increased connection between the mind and body.
